|Recommended: YesLove it — Living at the District Flats is wonderful The location is excellent in close proximity to so much. We are walking distance to the Public Market, Library, several restaurants, beautiful parks, golf course, churches and so much more. The staff and neighbors are extremely friendly. In fact, Stacy from the staff office spoils our dog, Myla, with a treat every single time we go out for a walk - who does that . We love it at the District Flats apartments

|Recommended: YesLove, love, LOVE it here at The District Flats — I could go on and on about all that I have come to love living here at The District Flats, but here is just a short list
Marble Countertops - We have lived in luxury apartments before, but all have had granite, never marble... it is absolutely stunning we are always getting compliments
Sleek Modern Design - I can't tell you how many times I have received compliments regarding my sleek background in virtual meetings.. from bosses to employees.. even some have said it looks so good it looks like a perfectly pictured web background. Ha
Quiet - Inside, it's nice not having to hear neighbors conversations. We've lived at other luxury apartments before that boast of insulated walls yet have heard even the lowest voices around us. When they told us these walls were built with steel and concrete, we were SOLD. So thankful to have a place that went the extra step to ensure residents could live in peace and quiet within their own personal space.
Secure Building - It is one thing to have gated access. It's another to have gated garage access to our parking, plus key only access in the elevators. It is just a level of comfort, especially when coming in at night to know that there is double security here. You do have to walk down to get your food delivery, but what a great tradeoff I'd rather have that and keep the extra security for peace-of-mind
Staff - Brenda and Stacy have been absolutely AH-mazing, from move in to now, they are always quick to respond to any questions and requests we have. I've lived in places where they are nice long enough to get you in, then you don't hear from them anymore or feel like a priority. Not so here Even the minor maintenence requests we put in are quickly handled, even surprising me sometimes by coming up the same day to handle non-emergency issues. Now if that isn't priority, I don't know what is.
In General - The views are amazing, it is so convenient, being so close to highway 435 and 35, but without all the associated noise again, the great insulation . Our last luxury community had elevators, but it was an outdoor elevator so breezways were outside as well as our home door. Here, our door and hallway is inside, which is kept up by cleaners as well. This will make it a nice winter for us here, not having to fumble with keys in the cold. We also love being able to walk such a short distance to the community shops around on the block.
In all, we are so happy we found The District Flats it made moving back to the Kansas City area a wonderful transition for our family

|Recommended: YesClean, Peaceful and Stylish apartments — I just moved in and I am in love with my apartment. The community is very clean. They’ve a beautiful tower lounge with a conference room where you can work from home. The property management is very professional and helpful.

|Recommended: YesExceptional quality and staff — The apartment complex was great. Everything worked, other tenants were pleasant, maintenance was very timely. Staff was very considerate for special circumstances. I ended up moving out early for personal reasons, but I would have been happy to stay longer.
