The building is attractive I like my units layout and appliances and granite counters. — I enjoy the convenience of the restaurants, the Lash studio, having 4 choices of gyms in the area. I love to walk my dogs on the walking paths and I love having Shawnee Mission park next door. The staff has been excellent in helping me with anything that I need. They have gone above and beyond in offering resources and suggestions in the area. If you want to downsize and are ready to give up your house living here offers you more time to enjoy your surrounding, get fit without the work of caring for a house.

I love the lounge I always bring my friends to hangout there. I just wish the pool was a little bigger and had more sunlight. Overall though the district flats is very nice.
